These Terms Do Not Govern Our Logistics Services

Warehousing, crossdock, fulfillment, pick and pack, and any other logistics services are provided exclusively under a separate written agreement between Xperts Logistics and the client, together with our warehouse receipt, rate schedule, and standard terms of storage and handling in effect at the time of service. Where anything on this website conflicts with that signed agreement, the signed agreement controls. Nothing on this website creates a storage, bailment, carriage, or service obligation on our part.
Quotes, Rates, and Estimates
Rates, transit times, capacity, and service descriptions presented on this website or provided in response to a web inquiry are estimates for planning purposes and are not offers capable of acceptance. Pricing depends on volume, product characteristics, storage profile, order mix, carrier rates, and other factors, and is binding only when set out in a written quotation or agreement signed by an authorized representative of Xperts Logistics. Quotations are subject to change and to confirmation of available capacity.
